A Lesson in Lyrics for the Start of Leo Season

Even though the Summer Equinox was a month ago, there is something about Leo Season that always makes the summer feel official to me. For the next month, we get to spend these dog days under the energetic influence of this powerful Sun of a sign.

With that being said, some themes to reflect on throughout Leo Season are as follows:

• Healthy Ego, Pride, and the Expression of the Personality — Balancing a strong sense of self-worth, taking pride in personal achievements, and authentically expressing one’s unique personality.
• Health, Vitality, and Solar Plexus Energy — Focusing on overall well-being, embracing vitality, and harnessing the energy associated with the solar plexus chakra.
• Healing the Inner Child to Create a Greater Sense of Authenticity — Engaging in inner child work to address past wounds, foster self-acceptance, and cultivate a more genuine and authentic self-expression.
