After a very long, hot summer, we have officially made it to the start of fall! Fall often signals the beginning of the harvest season, which means that stores and farmers’ markets are filled with apples and pumpkins. Additionally, signs of fall holidays such as Halloween, Día de Muertos, and the Mid-Autumn Festival start to appear.

Today is an especially important day in the Western Hemisphere because it is not only the autumn equinox but also the beginning of Libra season. As a cardinal air sign, Libra symbolizes the start of a new season and is represented by the scales of justice.
